When possible, 48 hour notice of cancelled lesson or student absence is required
No makeups will be offered for canceled or missed lessons
No refunds will be issued for canceled or missed lessons
Excessive or continued cancelations, absences, or tardiness may result in loss of lesson slot
When possible, students who are mildly ill but feel well enough to participate may request to switch their lesson to an online lesson with reasonable notice.
A written lesson may be available upon request, dependent upon instructors schedule and availability
I will make any and all attempts to not miss or cancel lessons, however if the need arises, makeup lessons will be offered
When possible 2 weeks notice will be provided for any personal, professional performances, educational & conducting opportunities that may require a lesson to be canceled
In case of sickness and emergencies, notice of cancelation will be sent through all available means of communication at the earliest possible time
Makeup lessons will occur in 4 weeks spread out throughout the year, if for some reason available dates do not work, all attempts will be made to find a suitable makeup time
One makeup lesson week will be scheduled for each quarter
These dates will be made available at time of registration and also available on the website
All attempts will be made to makeup lessons canceled by the instructor
