The Annual Registration Fee reserves your student's place in the studio and supports the resources needed to provide a high-quality lesson experience throughout the year.
The registration fee helps cover:
Annual enrollment and studio administration
Student onboarding and account setup
Scheduling and calendar management
Studio technology and digital learning resources
Student lesson journal and instructional materials
Practice resources and supplemental handouts
Basic studio supplies (finger tapes, pencils, strings/emergency supplies, etc.)
Music lending library and selected printed materials
Student progress tracking and lesson planning
Parent communication and online lesson resources
Website, scheduling, and studio management software
General studio maintenance and equipment replacement
The registration fee is due upon enrollment and is non-refundable.
The Annual Registration Fee does not include required lesson books, method books, sheet music, or other individualized instructional materials selected specifically for a student's needs. These items will be purchased separately as needed and remain the property of the student.
Withdrawal from lessons may occur for many reasons, while tuition is annual, the following are required if withdrawal occurs:
30 days written notice
Final months payment, whether lessons occur or not
Registration fee is non-refundable
Students will receive 5 lessons through the summer
Summer lesson sign-up will occur in April/May
Lessons slots will be available in June, July, and August
These can be either in-person or online
Current students who complete re-enrollment and submit their annual registration fee by May 31 receive:
Priority scheduling for the upcoming school year before enrollment opens to new students.
A $10 Early Registration Discount on the annual registration fee.
After May 31, lesson times are assigned based on availability, and any remaining openings will be offered to new students.
